Returns or Exchange policies

Buy with 100% Confidence, in case of wrong size/color, damaged product delivered from our end, we are happy to replace it with the correct one.

Incase of replacement write to support@thepivotman.com with order details (order number). We will respond in 24-48 hours.

Any other reason apart from the above, there will be no replacement/refund.

No return/exchange on any order placed with an offer.

  1. Can I exchange items in my order?Orders cannot be exchanged or cancelled once it has been dispatched from the warehouse.
  2. Return or exchange will not be processed if:

Then, you can send the product back to us with your order number. When we will receive the damaged product, we will send you a fresh piece.
